For sellers who have enabled it, you'll see a "Contact on WhatsApp" button on the ad page next to the regular chat and call options. This lets you message the seller directly through WhatsApp.
How it works:
Why some ads don't have a WhatsApp button: the button only appears for sellers who have connected their WhatsApp business number to Jiji. If you don't see the button, you can still use regular Jiji chat or call the seller.
Important things to know:
For sellers: if you want to add a "Contact on WhatsApp" button to your ads, go to My Profile → Settings and connect your WhatsApp business number.
