How do I check delivery before accepting an order?

Before accepting a Safe Deal order, make sure you can deliver the item to the buyer’s address.

1. Open Safe Deal in your Jiji profile and select the order.
2. Check the delivery address and the buyer’s contact details.
3. If the order asks you to choose a delivery service, check that a listed service can deliver to that address, then select it under Delivery service. If the order asks you to arrange delivery yourself, check that you can do so before the displayed deadline.
4. Select Accept order only when you can fulfil it. Otherwise, select Decline order.

If you have already accepted and discover a delivery problem, contact Jiji Support with the order number.
