Can I use Jiji on more than one device?

Yes — you can sign in to your Jiji account from as many devices as you like: your phone, tablet, work computer, home laptop, and so on. There's no device limit.

All your data stays in sync across devices. That means:

  • Your ads — active, on moderation, closed — show up the same everywhere;
  • Your chats are available on every device, and unread messages are marked accordingly;
  • Your favourites and saved searches are shared across devices;
  • Your Balance and Premium Services are the same on every device.

How to sign in on a new device:

  1. Open the Jiji app or the Jiji website on the new device;
  2. Click "Login";
  3. Enter the phone number or email linked to your account and your password — or use Google, Facebook, Apple, or Truecaller if you signed up with one of those.

Important security tips:

  • Never share your password with anyone;
  • If you sign in on a shared or public device, always log out when you're done;
  • If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately at My Profile → Settings → Security.
