Yes — you can sign in to your Jiji account from as many devices as you like: your phone, tablet, work computer, home laptop, and so on. There's no device limit.
All your data stays in sync across devices. That means:
- Your ads — active, on moderation, closed — show up the same everywhere;
- Your chats are available on every device, and unread messages are marked accordingly;
- Your favourites and saved searches are shared across devices;
- Your Balance and Premium Services are the same on every device.
How to sign in on a new device:
- Open the Jiji app or the Jiji website on the new device;
- Click "Login";
- Enter the phone number or email linked to your account and your password — or use Google, Facebook, Apple, or Truecaller if you signed up with one of those.
Important security tips:
- Never share your password with anyone;
- If you sign in on a shared or public device, always log out when you're done;
- If you suspect someone has accessed your account, change your password immediately at My Profile → Settings → Security.
