Should I pay before or after?
Jiji is a platform that connects buyers and sellers — nothing more. You make deals directly with different people, so it's best to discuss payment with each seller directly.
That said, we advise against sending prepayments. It's also unsafe to pay the full amount before seeing the product. The safest approach is to arrange a face-to-face meeting in a public place — or arrange delivery — inspect the product, and only pay for it if you're satisfied.
