Where can I see my transaction history?

You can review every payment and Balance movement on your Jiji account at any time.

  1. Sign in to your Jiji account;
  2. Go to My Profile;
  3. Click on your Balance at the top of the profile page to open the wallet overview;
  4. Click "Transaction history" (or the equivalent link/tab on mobile).

What you'll see in your transaction history:

  • Top-ups — every time you added funds to your Balance, with the amount, payment method, and date;
  • Purchases — every paid service you've bought (Premium Packages, Pro Sales spending, etc.) with the price and the ad it was applied to;
  • Bonuses and refunds — referral rewards, promotional credits, and any refunds credited to your Balance;
  • Pending transactions — payments that are still being processed, if any.

For each transaction you can usually see:

  • Date and time;
  • Type (top-up / purchase / bonus / refund);
  • Amount in Naira;
  • Payment method (for top-ups);
  • Status (completed, pending, failed).

Need a receipt? For paid services, you can download an invoice from the relevant transaction. If you can't find a receipt you need, contact our Support Team at support@jiji.ng.
