You can review every payment and Balance movement on your Jiji account at any time.
- Sign in to your Jiji account;
- Go to My Profile;
- Click on your Balance at the top of the profile page to open the wallet overview;
- Click "Transaction history" (or the equivalent link/tab on mobile).
What you'll see in your transaction history:
- Top-ups — every time you added funds to your Balance, with the amount, payment method, and date;
- Purchases — every paid service you've bought (Premium Packages, Pro Sales spending, etc.) with the price and the ad it was applied to;
- Bonuses and refunds — referral rewards, promotional credits, and any refunds credited to your Balance;
- Pending transactions — payments that are still being processed, if any.
For each transaction you can usually see:
- Date and time;
- Type (top-up / purchase / bonus / refund);
- Amount in Naira;
- Payment method (for top-ups);
- Status (completed, pending, failed).
Need a receipt? For paid services, you can download an invoice from the relevant transaction. If you can't find a receipt you need, contact our Support Team at support@jiji.ng.
