What is an upgrade?

An upgrade is a great option for active Boost subscribers who want to get more sales and post more listings for sale. It lets you switch from a lower package to a higher one instantly.

When you upgrade, your current Boost is interrupted right away. The Boost days you haven't used yet are not lost — their value is applied toward your new, higher package, reducing the amount you pay for it.

Who is the upgrade for?

The upgrade is ideal if you are already boosting your listings and want to move up to a more powerful package — so you can reach more buyers, close more sales, and post more items for sale.

How do I upgrade my package?

1. Go to the Premium Services page: https://jiji.ng/sc/premium-services
2. Choose the Boost you would like to have after the upgrade and click BUY.
3. On the popup that asks “Would you like to use your Jiji Balance for this purchase?”, tick the checkbox ‘for switching the Boost …’.

That's it — the value of your remaining Boost days is applied to the new package, and your higher Boost starts immediately.
