How should I pack my order?

Pack the item so it cannot move around or become damaged during delivery. Choose packaging suited to its size, weight and fragility.

1. Protect the item with suitable wrapping. Wrap fragile parts separately.
2. Use a sturdy box or suitable mailing bag. Fill empty space so the item stays in place.
3. Close the package securely. Follow your delivery service’s labelling instructions and check that the delivery details are correct.

Check that all agreed parts and accessories are included. Keep the shipping receipt and consider taking photos of the item and packaging before you send it.

For an order with tracking, add the tracking number after sending the item.
