What is my Jiji Balance?

Your Jiji Balance is the money in your Jiji account that you can use to pay for paid services on the platform — without entering your card details every time.

What you can use your Balance for:

• Buying Premium Packages (TOP and Boost) to promote your ads;
• Funding Pro Sales campaigns (pay-per-click advertising);
• Buying other paid services on Jiji.

How does money get into my Balance?

• Top-ups: add funds yourself via card, bank transfer, or other supported methods (see how to top up);
• Bonuses: referral rewards, promotional bonuses, and refunds may also be credited to your Balance.

Where to see your Balance:

1. Sign in to your Jiji account;
2. Go to My Profile;
3. Your current Balance is shown at the top of the profile page, next to your name. Click it to open the wallet overview and see your transaction history.

Important: Balance is non-refundable to cash. Once added, it can only be used to pay for services on Jiji — it cannot be withdrawn back to your bank account.
