How can I enable Safe Deal for my ads?

To use Safe Deal as a seller, you need an active Boost Package and must complete your verification and payout setup. Sign in to Jiji, open your profile, then go to Settings → Safe Deal.

1. Make sure your Boost Package is active.
2. Provide the verification details requested on that page.
3. Add or confirm the payout details requested so you can receive payments. Use the payment method shown for your account.
4. Make sure the ad is active and has a specific price greater than zero. Its category and price must also qualify for Safe Deal.

Setting up Safe Deal does not make every ad eligible. The Buy with Safe Deal button is shown to buyers on eligible ads. It is hidden when you view your own ad, so you cannot use your own view of the ad to check availability.

If Safe Deal is missing from Settings or you cannot complete setup, contact Jiji Support with the ad link and a screenshot of what you see.
