If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps.
- Go to the "Forgot password" page;
- Enter the phone number or email address linked to your Jiji account;
- Choose how you'd like to receive the reset instructions:
- By SMS — we'll send a confirmation code to your phone. Enter the code on the next screen to set a new password.
- By email — we'll send a password reset link to your inbox. Click the link to set a new password. The link expires after 24 hours, so use it soon.
- Choose a new password and confirm it. Then sign in with your new password 🙌
Didn't receive the SMS or email?
- Check your spam folder (for emails);
- Make sure you entered the correct phone number or email — it must be the one linked to your Jiji account;
- Try again in a few minutes — there's a limit on how many reset messages we can send in a short period.
