How do I change my password?

If you remember your current password and just want to change it, you can do this while signed in.

1. Sign in to your Jiji account;
2. Go to My Profile → Settings → Security;
3. Click "Change password";
4. Enter your current password, then choose a new password (at least 6 characters);
5. Confirm the new password and click "Save".

That's it — your password has been updated. Use the new password the next time you sign in.

Tip: choose a password that's easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. Mix letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid using the same password on other websites.

If you can't remember your current password, follow the "Forgot password" flow instead.
