How can I check if my item is eligible for Safe Deal?

Safe Deal availability depends on your account setup and the item’s category and price. An active ad with a positive price is not enough on its own. Check the following:

1. Make sure your Boost Package is active.
2. Open your Jiji profile, then Settings → Safe Deal. Provide the verification details requested and add or confirm your payout details.
3. Make sure the ad is active and has a specific price greater than zero. The item must also meet the category and price requirements for Safe Deal.
4. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact Jiji Support with the ad link so we can check it.

These checks do not guarantee that every item is eligible. Buyers see Buy with Safe Deal on eligible ads. The button is hidden when you view your own ad, so its absence there does not mean the item is ineligible.
