How do I check if delivery is available to my address?

Open the ad and select Buy with Safe Deal. Enter your delivery location and address at checkout, then check the details and delivery fee before paying.

Ask the seller about the item and delivery arrangements in Jiji Chat before placing the order. Use an address where the item can be delivered and a phone number where you can be reached.

If checkout does not accept your location, do not enter a different address just to continue. Contact Jiji Support for help.

Safe Deal is not available on every ad. If the option is missing, any separate delivery arrangement with the seller is not a Safe Deal order. Do not send an advance payment directly to the seller.
