What are draft ads, and how do I publish them?

If you start posting an ad and don't or can't finish publishing it, Jiji keeps it as a draft. You can come back to it any time, make changes, and publish when you're ready.

Why an ad ends up in Drafts:

• You reached the free posting limit in a category. The ad is saved as a draft and waits for you to buy a Premium Package, or to free up space by closing other ads in that category;
• You booked a Cars45 inspection for a car ad. The ad stays as a draft until the inspection is completed;
• You're still editing the ad — until you click "Post ad", the listing isn't published.

Where to find your drafts

1. Sign in to your Jiji account;
2. Go to My Adverts;
3. Open the "Drafts" tab — all your unpublished ads are listed here, with a short note about why each one is still a draft.

How to publish a draft

1. Open the draft you want to publish;
2. Review the details and fill in any missing fields;
3. If the draft is waiting because of a category limit, you'll be offered the relevant Premium Package — choose one and complete the payment;
4. If the draft is for a Cars45 auction, the ad goes live automatically after the inspection is complete;
5. Click "Post ad" — the ad goes to review and, once approved, becomes active on Jiji.

Want to delete a draft? Open it and click "Delete". Drafts you delete are removed permanently.
