Who pays the delivery fee for a Safe Deal order?

The buyer sees the delivery fee at checkout before paying. Check the order’s delivery details and costs before you accept it.

Open Safe Deal in your Jiji profile and select the order.

The buyer’s total includes the item price, delivery fee and any payment fee shown at checkout. The buyer pays through Safe Deal.

For orders with tracking, you arrange delivery with a service available in the order. Check its cost before accepting: the amount the courier charges you may differ from the delivery fee shown to the buyer. If your order uses direct delivery, check the cost of arranging it yourself.

Do not ask the buyer to make an extra payment directly to you. If you cannot fulfil the order on the stated terms, decline it before accepting or contact Jiji Support if you have already accepted.
