The Digital <span class='h-bold'>Marketing Specialist</span>'s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. He or she is also responsible for the planning, designing, optimization maintenance of Tros Technologies websites, e commerce, social media, design programs to increase brand awareness , generate qualified leads, improve customer service, increase e commerce and offline sales. Proficiency in graphics, web advertising, social media and web development is a must.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Create digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social media websites like linkedin, Facebook and Twitter
Develop and write digital content and maintain content publishing editorial calendar
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Identify trends and insights in digital marketing
Developing and managing digital marketing campaign and also Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, web development.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and also Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Track the success of your marketing campaigns and present your findings to management
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, computer science or related field
Minimum 3 years of progressive digital marketing experience required
3+ years relevant experience in online marketing
Experience in website management/basic HTML/content management systems
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong digital copy-writing, design, content marketing, and verbal communication skills required
Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence.
Proven track record of delivering multifaceted, digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution and leveraging data to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs
Understanding of outbound/inbound marketing principles
Strong attention to detail and meeting deadline
