The chef should be able to Cook and prepare meals daily to recipe/portion standards Plating present meals attractively, since plated shots are core to your content and advertising Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen Work closely with the kitchen assistant to keep production on schedule Capture photos/videos on a phone camera clear, steady shots of the cooking process and final plated meals,

Proven experience cooking in a professional/commercial kitchen (meal prep, restaurant) Strong knowledge of portion control and consistency across large batches. Must have had experience working in a professional setting. Skilled in but local and continental dishes. Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices Ability to work with set recipes/menus while maintaining quality Time management : able to hit daily production deadlines. The person should be good with plating and also know how to use a phone camera. Team player : able to coordinate smoothly with the kitchen assistant
