Cook, Waitress, & Cleaner (Accommodation Is Available)

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards. Plan menus and develop new recipes based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to maintain smooth daily operations. Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure quality and consistency. Manage food costs and portion control to meet budget targets. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Collaborate with management to improve menu offerings and customer satisfaction.

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role. Culinary degree or professional cooking certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Creativity and passion for food and presentation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Waitress. * Welcome and attend to customers promptly, courteously, and professionally in line with the company’s service standards. * Take accurate food and beverage orders, either at the counter, table, or through the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. * Provide customers with clear information on menu items, prices, combos, promotions, and available offers. * Prepare and serve beverages, including soft drinks, juices, mocktails, coffee, and other approved beverages, according to company standards. * Ensure all beverages are prepared, presented, and served promptly and consistently. * Proactively recommend add-ons, combos, upgrades, and promotional offers to increase sales. * Maintain a friendly and engaging attitude while interacting with customers and contribute to a positive dining experience.
