Air compressors are devices that convert power into kinetic energy by compressing and pressurizing air. The compressed air can then be used for a variety of applications, such as powering tools, inflating tires, or operating pneumatic equipment.
How does an air compressor machine work?
- The crankshaft rod raises the piston in the cylinder and pushes air into the compression chamber, decreasing air volume and increasing the pressure. The piston closes, forcing the compressed air into the storage tank. Then the piston opens again to draw in more air and start the process over.
