Urgent Hiring – Product Architect / Uiux Designer (Lekki Phase 1)

Design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business objectives Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design concepts Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into practical product solutions Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and product standards Continuously improve product usability, accessibility, and overall user experience Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to project stakeholders effectively

Strong UI/UX design portfolio showcasing relevant digital product projects Proven experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices Creative problem-solving abilities with strong analytical thinking Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate design decisions Previous experience in product design or digital product architecture is highly preferred

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or hnd in design, computer science, engineering, or a related field minimum of 3–5 years professional experience in ui/ux design or product architecture strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects across web and mobile platforms must reside in or have easy access to lekki phase 1 and surrounding areas must be available for hybrid work arrangement must be ready for immediate engagement strong internet connectivity and personal laptop required for remote work components
