Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Minimum of HND/BSE in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* 2–3 years’ experience in a fashion house or garment production.
* Proven experience supervising or managing staff.
* Good knowledge of garment production and quality control.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
