Bakery Supervisor Needed

Bakery Production Experience: Practical experience in bread making and general bakery production. Ii. Production Supervision: Ability to supervise production staff and coordinate daily bakery operations. III. Quality Control: Ability to maintain consistent product quality, texture, taste, and appearance. Iv. Production Planning: Ability to plan production schedules, monitor output, and minimize waste Iv. Staff Management: Ability to lead, train, and coordinate bakery workers effectively. V. Hygiene & Food Safety: Good knowledge of bakery hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices. Vi Inventory Control: Ability to monitor raw materials, report stock usage, and prevent unnecessary losses. Vii. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify production challenges and recommend practical solutions. Viii. Good Communication: Must be disciplined, organized, accountable, and able to report production activities to management.
