Field Operations Supervisor

* Supervise daily site and field operations to ensure projects are executed efficiently and according to specifications. * Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within established timelines. * Enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. * Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations. * Lead and coordinate field staff, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives. * Monitor workmanship and material usage to maintain quality standards. * Identify and resolve operational challenges promptly. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. * Maintain accurate records of site activities, inventory, and project progress. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery. * Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide project updates.

* Strong leadership and supervisory skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and operational documents. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Strong organizational and reporting skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Team-oriented with a proactive approach to work. * Ability to work effectively in outdoor and fast-paced environments.

* minimum of ond, hnd, or b.Sc. In any science or engineering discipline. * fields may include applied sciences, physics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, building technology, environmental science, or related disciplines. * previous experience in site supervision, field operations, construction, engineering projects, or a related role will be an added advantage.
