Responsibilities
Full-time, on-site role based in Ikeja and Ibadan. The Content Strategist/Graphic Designer will develop and execute content strategies aligned with Amagrows’ brand, products, and marketing goals. Responsibilities include creating digital and print content, designing social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and producing/editing video content. Manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to transform technical product information into engaging visuals and content, optimize content for web and social platforms, maintain brand consistency, and drive brand visibility in the agricultural sector. The role also requires travel across West Africa to capture photo and video content from farms, project sites, and product demonstrations.
Requirements & Skills
. Strong skills in content strategy, development, management, and web content writing/copywriting for engaging marketing and educational materials.
. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Canva, CapCut, and Microsoft Word, with expertise in graphic design, video editing, and visual storytelling.
. Portfolio demonstrating branding and content creation required.
Familiarity with AI content/design tools is an advantage.
Experience creating content for B2B, agricultural, industrial, or technical products is a plus.
Willing to travel across West Africa for field assignments.
Detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant background in Marketing, Communications, Design, Agriculture, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
