Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve drinks according to customer orders and company standards.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the bar.
Check beverage stock and report low-stock items to the Supervisor/Storekeeper.
Ensure proper handling and storage of drinks and bar supplies.
Maintain accurate records of drinks served where required.
Ensure responsible and professional customer interaction.
Minimise wastage, breakage and unauthorised consumption.
Maintain bar equipment and report faults promptly.
Support stock-taking and inventory exercises.
Follow all company hygiene, safety and operational procedures.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.
Previous bartending experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and non-alcoholic beverages is an advantage.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Honest, organised and responsible.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Note: there is provision for sleepover/accommodation
