From being a kitchen assistant, I learned my way up to the position of a Chef, through so much trainings and experiences, working and learning with and from so many (different) Chefs, hotels, restaurants, private homes and event caterers. I love working in a organised and environment, observing and maintaining good hygiene, food taste, customer and employer satisfaction, while maintaining a creative and monetary management plans.
