Baker/Cake Decorator Needed

Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Decorate cakes using icing, fondant, buttercream, and other decorative materials. Design customised cakes for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions. Measure ingredients accurately and follow recipes. Ensure the quality, freshness, taste, and appearance of baked products.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in baking and cake decoration. Technical Skills: Ability to bake cakes, prepare pastries, and decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, and icing. Creativity: Good artistic skills and attention to detail. Education: Minimum of SSCE; a certificate in baking or catering is an advantage. Knowledge: Understanding of baking measurements, recipes, food hygiene, and safety standards. Time Management: Ability to complete orders within agreed deadlines. Communication: Good communication and customer service skills. Equipment Handling: Ability to operate and maintain baking tools and equipment.
