As a Fulfilment Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. You will receive and review delivery assignments, confirm customer details, and plan the most effective routes to ensure prompt service. You will pick up items from designated locations, verify their accuracy and condition, and ensure they are handled with care during transit. You will communicate with customers to provide delivery updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth delivery experience. Upon successful delivery, you will confirm receipt, collect payments where necessary, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. In cases of failed deliveries, you will document reasons and return items as required. Additionally, you will represent the company positively, adhere to all operational guidelines and safety standards, and consistently meet delivery timelines.

Requirements for the Role Good knowledge of local routes, streets, and key locations Must own and be able to use a smartphone effectively Smart, proactive, and able to think on their feet Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High level of integrity and accountability Physically fit and able to handle movement across locations Basic record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to follow instructions and company procedures Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an added advantage

Minimum Qualifications Minimum of SSCE/WAEC or its equivalent Must be able to speak, read, and understand English clearly Must have a safe and secure space for storing products before delivery Basic understanding of how to use a smartphone for communication and navigation Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks efficiently Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual Good interpersonal and customer service skills Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or a related role is an added advantage
