Store Assistant Needed

1. Customer Service Greeting customers warmly as they enter. Assisting shoppers in finding sizes, styles, or specific items. Answering questions about products, prices, and promotions. Providing styling advice when needed. 2. Sales Support Encouraging sales by suggesting complementary items. 3. Store Presentation Keeping the store tidy, organized, and visually appealing. Restocking shelves and racks when items run low. Arranging clothing according to display standards or visual guidelines. 4. Inventory Management Receiving new stock and helping with unpacking and labeling. Conducting inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly). Notifying management when items need restocking.

Experience Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not always required. Experience in fashion or clothing stores is a plus. Skills 1. Customer Service Skills Friendly, patient, and professional attitude. Ability to assist customers and handle complaints politely. 2. Communication Skills Clear verbal communication. Good listening skills to understand customer needs.

Education high school diploma or equivalent (ssce, waec, or equivalent).
