Dispatch Rider Responsibilities
1. Deliver orders safely and on time to customers and designated locations.
2. Pick up and transport packages while ensuring items are handled carefully and securely.
3. Maintain the motorcycle and follow road safety rules, keeping the bike clean and reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements & Skills
* Must know how to ride a motorcycle and have a valid rider’s license.
* No prior dispatch experience required — training can be provided.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Good knowledge of Warri roads and locations is an advantage.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
* Must be able to handle packages carefully and follow delivery instructions.
* Must be physically fit and comfortable working on the road.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Must be 18 years or older.
* Must know how to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
* No previous dispatch experience required.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
* Must have a good knowledge of Warri and surrounding areas.
* Must have good communication and customer-service skills.
