Work Description
1. Calculation of construction materials: I can calculate the exact number of materials to be used on site such as cement, sharp sand, filling sand, 9" blocks, 6" blocks, Granite, nails, reinforcement bars and so on.
2. Calculation of labor wages: Using the market standard labour rates, I can calculate wages for artisans such as carpentry, brick-laying, casting of concrete, iron-bending, plastering, screeding and so on.
3. Renovation/alteration of existing buildings: I can carry out renovation/alteration of existing/old buildings to modernize and bring out the beauty and also make the building more functional.
: Works that were carried out:
1. Concrete Pavement surrounding edges of the house to prevent water penetration into the building.
2. Casting of stamped concrete in the walkway of the house.
3. Construction of Gym house to be attached to the main building.
