Responsibilities
Operate monogram embroidery machines efficiently and safely.
* Set up, thread, and prepare the machine for embroidery jobs.
* Execute monogram designs on shirts, caps, fabrics, and other materials according to customer specifications.
* Ensure proper positioning, alignment, and accurate stitching of designs.
* Monitor embroidery quality and maintain consistent production standards.
* Identify and resolve minor machine problems when necessary.
* Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
* Meet production targets and complete jobs within agreed deadlines.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
* Handle fabrics and customers’ materials carefully to prevent damage or waste.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience operating a monogram embroidery machine is an advantage.
* Knowledge of machine setup, threading, hooping, and design positioning.
* Ability to produce neat, accurate, and high-quality embroidery.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to identify basic machine faults and troubleshoot minor issues.
* Punctual, honest, responsible, and hardworking.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
* Education: SSCE
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience operating a monogram embroidery machine.
* Technical Skills: Knowledge of machine setup, threading, hooping, and design positioning.
* Skills: Good attention to detail and ability to produce neat, high-quality embroidery.
* Personal Qualities: Honesty, punctuality, discipline, and willingness to learn.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Ibadan, Oyo state
