Dispatch Riders

Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time. Plan the fastest and safest delivery routes. Verify delivery addresses and recipient details. Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery when required. Handle packages with care to avoid damage. Keep the motorcycle/bicycle in good working condition. Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines. Communicate with the dispatcher and customers regarding delivery updates. Maintain accurate delivery records. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements - Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate. - Valid rider's licence. - Good knowledge of road networks. - Ability to read and communicate in English. - Honest, responsible, and punctual. - Physically fit and able to work under pressure. - Previous dispatch riding experience is an added advantage.

Must own or be willing to use a smartphone for delivery updates. No criminal record and must be trustworthy. Previous dispatch or delivery experience is an added advantage. Must be punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
