Receiving and confirming orders. Recording order details accurately. Assigning orders to delivery riders. Tracking deliveries until customers receive them. Updating stock and sales records. Resolving delivery or customer issues quickly.

Requirements👇 minimum of ond qualification. Basic computer skills (microsoft word, excel, google sheets). Strong attention to detail. Good record-keeping and organizational skills. Ability to work in a structured environment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in logistics, inventory, dispatch, customer service, or order management is an advantage. Important this role requires accuracy, accountability, and consistency. You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are properly recorded, dispatched, tracked, and delivered.
