Bread Baker Needed

Mix, prepare, and bake bread according to the bakery’s production standards. Lead and coordinate the bakery production team effectively. Maintain consistent product quality, hygiene, and production efficiency. Monitor ingredients, production processes, and equipment. Train and guide junior bakery staff where necessary. A competent baker with at least three years of experience in bread production is required. Must be willing to work, learn, contribute, and grow with our new and visionary bakery.
