Recruitment and management of cleaning staff General office administration Purchasing and procurement Visiting client organizations and cleaning sites Monitoring staff and work progress Handling official errands and basic reports Developing and suggesting marketing ideas to attract new clients Assisting with client follow-up and business promotion Identifying potential organizations that may require our services Supporting other day-to-day business operations as assigned by management

Minimum ND/OND in any field. Single. Must be a Female (25 - 35 yrs). Must be resident in Benin City. Must live within or around Five Junction, Wire Road, or TV Road. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel). Must have a functional Android phone. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Honest, responsible and trustworthy. Willingness to travel for official duties and site visits. Basic knowledge of marketing and customer/client relations. Ability to generate creative marketing ideas and identify potential clients. Previous experience in administration, operations, recruitment or marketing is an advantage.
