Security Officials

Surveillance & Monitoring – Observe entry and exit points, patrol the premises to detect suspicious activities. Access Control – Ensure only authorized persons gain entry into the company premises. Protection of People & Property – Safeguard staff, visitors, and company assets against theft, vandalism, or harm. Emergency Response – Respond promptly to incidents, or accidents, and assist during emergencies. Reporting & Documentation – Maintain visitor logs, write daily activity reports, and record incidents for future reference. Conflict Management – Help de-escalate disputes or disturbances within the premises. Environmental Support – Assist in cutting the grass within the compound and support efforts to keep the surroundings clean and well-maintained. Deterrence – Maintain visible presence to discourage crime or misconduct.

Requirements: Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate (higher qualifications can be an advantage). Prior experience in security or related field is an added benefit. Good physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long hours. Must be of good character, trustworthy, and reliable. Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English. Age range (if needed by company policy), often between 20–46years.

Education: at least fslc/ssce/waec certificate (ability to read, write, and communicate effectively). Experience: previous experience in security or related field is an added advantage but not always compulsory.
