Recruting Security

Monitor and secure the premises, ensuring the safety of people and property. * Conduct regular patrols around the premises. * Report suspicious activities, security breaches, and emergencies promptly. * Ensure gates and access points are properly secured. * Follow all security instructions and maintain discipline while on duty.

Previous experience working as a security guard or in a similar security role is highly preferred. * Must be honest, trustworthy, vigilant, and responsible. * Good observation skills and the ability to identify suspicious activities. * Must be punctual, disciplined, and attentive to duty. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision. * Must be physically fit and able to carry out security patrols. * Must be willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required. * Must be able to communicate effectively in English or Nigerian Pidgin. * Must provide reliable references and be willing to undergo background checks.

Minimum educational qualification: No formal education required. * Applicants with FSLC, SSCE, OND, or other qualifications are welcome. * Relevant security experience, honesty, and alertness are more important than formal educational qualifications. * Previous employment as a security guard, gatekeeper, or facility security personnel will be an added advantage.
