Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fabrics, trims, and sewing supplies Provide knowledgeable advice on fabric types, uses, care instructions, and yardage requirements Accurately measure, cut, and package fabric Restock shelves, organise displays, and maintain store cleanliness Answer customer questions in person, by phone, or via email Assist with inventory counts and receiving new merchandise Stay informed about new products, trends, and promotions Support special sales, promotions, and seasonal displays

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus Knowledge of fabrics, sewing, quilting, or crafting preferred (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift fabric bolts as needed
