Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the construction branch in Ogba. Manage operational budgets, resources, and ensure project deadlines are met. Supervise site engineers, administrative staff, and casual workers. Drive business development and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Ensure strict compliance with construction safety and industry regulations.

Requirements & Skills

Extensive working knowledge and proven managerial experience in a Construction Company (This is strictly required). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read construction metrics and manage branch profitability.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

4 years
