Responsibilities
Teaching and Planning
To make clear lesson plans that fit the school rules and curriculum.
To teach dynamically so all kids can learn, whether they are fast or slow.
To share knowledge in fun and simple ways.
To evaluate and grade work to see how well students understand.
To listen to students and help them when they feel sad or stuck.
Class/School Management
To keep order and safety so no one feels scared or hurt.
To set fair rules and treat every student the same with no bias.
To prevent fights or bullying quickly and help kids talk things out.
To take daily attendance and keep neat school records.
To talk to parents through meetings and report cards.
To be a good role model with kind words and honest actions.
HANDLE ACTIVE DUTY ROLES
To be active in Morning and Dismissal Supervision, Assembly Control, Break and Lunchtime Monitoring, Instructional Flow, Emergency Response, and Logbook and Reporting, in order to maintain safety as well as the daily operations.
Requirements & Skills
Expected Core Skills/Virtues include: Having good communication, having patience and empathy, being Well-organized, having strong adaptability, and possessing at least intermediate level of tech literacy.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
WASC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB, NCE, NTI Certification, B.Ed, , PGDE, TRCN Certification.
Minimum Experience
1 year
