Responsibilities
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
Carry out material take-offs and cost planning.
Prepare project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Conduct valuations for work completed.
Evaluate variations and claims.
Prepare final accounts.
Assist in procurement, vendor evaluation, and material sourcing.
Carry out site measurements and other quantity surveying duties.
Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Perform any other professional quantity surveying duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in building construction.
Sound knowledge of quantity surveying principles and construction contracts.
Ability to prepare accurate BOQs from architectural and engineering drawings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in building construction
