Project Engineer

Coordinate the completion of a residential building project in Mowe Ofada. Regular site visits Coordinating of site workers Deliver against milestones, deliverables, payment timelines, and action points across multiple projects. Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor progress, compliance, and timely project execution.

Must be proactive and show initiative Ability to offer cost savings initiatives Proficient in building project management Able to commute to project site Team player Healthy relationship with authority Construction experience Knowledge in alternative building technologies and sustainable building practices i.e CSEBs , ISSBs , Precast construction , Red bricks

National qualification required to work as a building/construction expert. Good understanding and use of 2D/3D modeling software
