Responsibilities
1. Assist with the coordination and smooth movement of goods and materials.
2. Prepare and maintain accurate logistics, delivery, and inventory records.
3. Track deliveries and follow up with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
4. Assist in planning delivery routes and schedules.
5. Ensure company vehicles and logistics equipment are properly maintained and available for use.
6. Support the Logistics Officer/Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
7. Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in line with company procedures and safety requirements.
Requirements & Skills
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar role is an added advantage.
