Laundry Operation and Managers

Key Responsibilities Customer Orders & Dispatch Pick up and deliver customers' clothes professionally and on schedule. Count, inspect, tag and properly document every item received. Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries. Laundry Operations Sort clothes appropriately before washing. Operate the washing and drying equipment correctly. Apply appropriate stain-removal and fabric-care procedures. Iron, fold and package clothes neatly and professionally. Inspect completed orders before packaging and delivery. Report damaged, missing or problematic items immediately. Inventory & Equipment Monitor laundry supplies, detergents, packaging materials and other consumables. Maintain proper inventory records and report items that need replenishment. Keep the laundry workspace and equipment clean and organised. Follow equipment operating and safety procedures. And other roles assigned.
