*a. Pickup & delivery* pick up and deliver clothes promptly. Maintain professional client interactions. Collect payments when required. Confirm via whatsapp/calls. Handle garments carefully. *b. Laundry operations* sort by color, fabric, and washing needs. Check pockets. Wash, dry, iron, and fold neatly. Package and tag items correctly. *c. Quality control* inspect for stains/damages before and after wash. Report issues immediately. Prevent mix-ups and maintain standards. *d. Cleaning & workspace* keep area clean and organized. Clean machines and baskets daily. Maintain water and detergent levels. E. Bookkeeping/admin record pickups, deliveries, customer details, and payments. Keep receipts. Submit daily summary and ledger. F. Customer service* respond respectfully. Notify when orders are ready. Escalate complaints to management.

1. Ssce / ond / nce minimum 2. Can read and write clearly 3. Physically fit and energetic 4. Honest and trustworthy 5. Good communication skills 6. Lives in abuja preferably close to cbs estate or in lugbe axis 7. Able to ride bicycle / bike is an advantage (optional) 8. Basic phone/whatsapp literacy 9. Previous laundry or dispatch experience is a plus
