Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. * Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, and opportunities. * Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. * Support employee onboarding and orientation processes. * Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality. * Follow up with customers and applicants to ensure a positive experience. * Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and HR databases. * Collaborate with different departments to improve service delivery. * Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused work environment.
Requirements & Skills
* minimum of ond, hnd, or bachelor’s degree. * previous experience in customer service or human resources is an advantage (not mandatory). * basic computer proficiency (microsoft office and internet applications). * excellent verbal and written communication skills. * must be organized, reliable, and professional. * ability to work independently and as part of a team. * willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of ond (ordinary national diploma) from a recognized institution. * hnd or bachelor’s degree is an added advantage. * 0–2 years of experience in customer service, human resources, or a related field (experience is an advantage but not compulsory). * basic computer literacy and proficiency in microsoft office. * excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * must be professional, organized, and willing to learn. * ability to work effectively in a team and under minimal supervision.
