Industrial Chemist - Soap Manufacturing

o Manufacture liquid soap products according to recipes and formulations. o Measure and mix raw materials accurately. o Operate soap-making equipment (e.g., mixers, blenders, filling machines). o Monitor temperature, pH, and viscosity levels. o Perform quality control checks on finished products. Quality Assurance: o Ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulations. o Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products. o Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, and inventory. Safety and Hygiene: o Maintain a clean and organized workspace. o Follow safety protocols and procedures. o Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Inventory Management: o Monitor raw material inventory levels. o Order supplies as needed. o Maintain accurate inventory records. Collaboration: o Work closely with production team members. o Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. o Participate in training and development programs.

o 5 years of experience in soap-making or a related field. o High school diploma, degree or equivalent. o Knowledge of soap-making processes and ingredients. o Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

o Certification in soap-making or cosmetic manufacturing. o Experience with liquid soap production. o Knowledge of fragrance and essential oil blending. o Familiarity with quality control procedures.
