Security Job

Security Officer – Key Responsibilities Protect lives, buildings, property, and valuable assets. Monitor entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized access. Check visitors, employees, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises. Conduct regular patrols to identify and prevent security threats. Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities. Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other criminal activities. Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, and security incidents. Maintain peace, order, and discipline within the workplace. Prepare daily security reports and record incidents. Enforce company security policies and safety regulations. Assist visitors and provide directions when necessary. Work closely with management, colleagues, and law enforcement when required. Ensure all security equipment is properly maintained. Remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts. Carry out proper handover procedures at the end of each shift.

Previous security experience is an advantage. Must be physically fit and medically capable of performing security duties. Must have good character and a clean criminal record. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts. Must be honest, disciplined, reliable, and punctual. Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety regulations. Ability to follow instructions and company policies. Security training or certification is an added advantage.

Must be at least 18 years old. Must be physically and mentally fit for security duties. Must possess good communication skills. Must have a valid means of identification. Must have a clean criminal record. Basic literacy and ability to read and write security reports. Previous security experience is an advantage but not compulsory. Security training or professional certification is an added advantage. Must be willing to undergo background checks and security screening.
