Professional Chef (Live-Out)

Culinary Duties: Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for household members Cook a variety of continental, intercontinental, and local dishes Prepare pastries, desserts, and confectioneries Ensure excellent food presentation and plating standards Plan nutritious meals with reduced sugar, salt, and oil where required Operate and maintain modern kitchen appliances safely and efficiently Handle grocery planning, food inventory, and kitchen stock management Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Housekeeping Duties (Mandatory): General cleaning and maintenance of the home environment Daily tidying of living areas, kitchen, and dining spaces Laundry support and ironing when required Ensure overall cleanliness, organization, and orderliness of the residence Maintain hygiene standards in all assigned areas Support light domestic errands when necessary

Female, 30 years and above preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, eatery, or high-end private home Must possess verifiable culinary training/certification (mandatory) Strong expertise in continental and intercontinental cuisine and pastries Proven ability in food presentation and plating aesthetics Must be skilled in using modern kitchen appliances Ability to multitask between cooking and housekeeping responsibilities
